Heavily protected by the NCPD, the famous Via Rosso District is the home of the rich and the beautiful. With all its expensive and famous restaurants, this district simply is the place-to-be. Located at the coast of the Midworld Ocean, it is utterly expensive to get your hands on one of the bigger luxurious sea view apartments. Via Rosso is also the home of the Stock X market and the NCPD headquarters.

The Plaza area is a guarded neutral zone, where people can meet, discuss, go shopping etc. In many aspects it is considered the ‘Heart of Neocron’. Apartments are medium priced and many corporations and have their HQ at Plaza. It is also the home of the Neocron City Administration. The area is easy to reach via the subway system (all districts are interconnected via a fast and easy to access HoverCab subway system).

Pepper Park is where the party is at: It is the district where you will find the best clubs and bars, meet the most beautiful girls, get the highest quality drugs and steriods and buy the best illegal weapons. But be careful: These weapons are not only to be sold in Pepper Park but also likely to be tested out around here. The NCPD loosely patrols the area, ...but don’t count on it.

Beyond the city of Neocron are the so called Wastelands, the biggest and most dangerous area in the world of Neocron. They are mostly inhabited by mutants and banned citizens. Many corporations run secret labs, factories or communication outposts here. Since they are a vital capital to their economic resources, many clans and factions battle to gain control over these installations. The huge Wastelands are a great place for adventurers and explorers, but it is only recommended for skilled citizens, to step beyond the protective walls of Neocron and travel the Wastelands.

Dome of York is the new home for everyone who opposes the government and mega-corporations of Neocron. Recently devastated by an enormous explosion, the city now lies in ruins and is slowly being repopulated by Neocron's outcasts. As each faction took control of a specific area of the city and rebuilt their traditional businesses, you will have no trouble finding weaponry, drugs, gambling and prostitution.

The HackNet is a kind of matrix, a three-dimensional virtual cyber-net where hackers fight security programs, viruses or other hackers with different types of software, steal information and equipment blueprints from databases or hack into outpost security systems. Travel from server to server by eliminating or bypassing security systems and firewalls.
